Wheat Starch
01 Description
Wheat starch, also called frumina, is obtained from the grains of soft wheat (triticum vulgare) and is widely used in the kitchen in the preparation of many desserts.
The soft wheat grains are reduced to flour, soaked in water, then ground, filtered, centrifuged, dried and finally reduced to powder.
