Pur Pur wheat is a very ancient type of wheat that has only recently been rediscovered. Ideal for a functional and future-oriented diet. Its origins probably date back to Africa, in an area that is today called Ethiopia. It was discovered near the Red Sea in 1872, where the growth of this grain is very rare. In the late 1990s it was finally rediscovered by Europeans, this time it was found in South America. Thanks to its anthocyanin content, 10 times higher than normal wheat, it has regained commercial interest. They prevent inflammatory processes and carcinogenic alterations caused by free radicals.
